Join Larry Richert, the Pine-Richland Chorus and a host of local officials in a brief Dedication Ceremony followed by ribbon cutting, sealing of a time capsule, and tours of the municipal building. There also will be light refreshments and a free commemorative umbrella to the first 500 families.
