Top sales and listing agents

Northwood Realty Services announced its top performing sales and listing agents for June. Million-dollar performers include: Dom DeMarco, McCandless, five sales totaling $2.6 million; Lisa Price, Wexford, seven sales totaling $1.9 million; Patty Gramc and Joan Lutz, Wexford, six sales totaling $1.7 million; Nancy Evans, McCandless, six listings worth $1.6 million; and Mark Nard, McCandless, 12 sales totaling $1.2 million. Additional office leaders for June were: Dan Reed, North Hills, four sales totaling $685,000 and three listings worth $910,000; and Sherry Dalton, Wexford, six listings worth $810,000.

The Fields of Nicholson

Prudential Preferred Realty and Signature has broke ground on The Fields of Nicholson residential plan earlier this month. The 26-acre development, located along Nicholson Road in Franklin Park, will feature carriage and town homes. Prices are expected to range from $279,900 to $332,500.

Twilight tours

Howard Hanna Real Estate Services is continuing its ninth annual summer season of Twilight Tours on Wednesday, Aug. 3, in the Pittsburgh area, offering an alternative to Sunday's traditional open house.
