Bio

My name is Astrid Arroyo I live in Ross Township, a few blocks from St. Teresa de Avila, with my husband, Michael, of 9 years and family. I am a SAHM of two beautiful boys. My oldest is Kai and he is 5. Kai is diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder/Mental Retardation. He will be attending Kindergarten this fall at Perrysville Elementary. He will be going half day with a one on one aid. Let's hope he does good and the school sticks to his IEP. Kai is the happiest kid EVER, and the joy of my life. My youngest is Heath and he is 4. He is a typical kid and he will be going to his 2yr of preschool at St. Paul's Preschool. This fall he will be going to the Ferguson location due to schedule conflicts but will be attending Discovery Day at the McKnight Road location every Friday, so hopefully he'll get to see some of his old friends. And as for me I am 29+, I am a SAHM but work nights and weekends at Build A Bear Workshop located in Ross Park Mall. I have no free time as my free time is spent advocating for my son.
